A member of the Union of Architects of the USSR since 1957.
An architect and poet (he has published two collections of poetry), A. Isaev remains true to himself in everything. Whatever he does; whether it is a residential building project, a small public building, or a large complex, the defining, creative foundation of his work is marked by the undeniable predominance of the artistic image, in which he skillfully synthesizes functional, construction-technical, and artistic problems; his pen creates extraordinarily bright and romantic images.
The building of the House of Communications, which has risen in the very center of the city, is one of his works from recent years. The acute plot composition, harmonious integration of all forms, delicate plastic modeling of volumes with the inclusion of national ornamentation, and finally, the romantic tower with the chimes of the clock create complex poetic images and satisfaction from the emergence of this structure. A sociable person by nature, he generously shares his creative experience with colleagues.
For his achievements in creating a number of architectural works, he has been awarded the Order of the Badge of Honor, a Certificate of Honor from the Supreme Council of the Kyrgyz SSR, a Certificate from the Supreme Council of the Kyrgyz SSR, and the medal "For Valorous Labor.
