KUDRYAVTSEV Vladimir Evgenievich
Architect. Member of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union since 1985.
Born in 1956 in the city of Frunze.
In 1979, he graduated from the architecture faculty of the Frunze Polytechnic Institute with a degree in architecture.
Since 1979, he has been working in the urban planning workshop of the State Design Institute "Kyrgyzgiprostroy".
Currently, he is the chief architect of projects.
Member of the Union of Architects of the USSR since 1982.
One of the first works of V. Kudryavtsev was the scheme for the territorial development of the resorts "Koy-Sary" and "Kara-Bulun". This project was carried out in collaboration with A. Strizhachenko and B. Sarymsakov. The topic remains relevant today, as it concerns the issues of developing the resort area of the All-Union health resort on Lake Issyk-Kul. Later, in collaboration with the same architects, he developed the general plan and detailed planning project for the central part of the district center of Dyrbelzhin, and later — the project and landscaping of the central square and park of the district center of Bazar-Kurgan, the construction of which was completed in 1983 (co-authored with I. Kadyrbekov). In the same year, as part of a large team led by architect K. Alykulov, he participated in the development of the detailed planning project for the central part of the city of Cholpon-Ata — the center of the largest balneological resort on the lake. This work expressed the best trends in the development of resort areas — picturesque spatial formations are integrated into the structure of the mountainous terrain, creating a unique appearance that harmonizes with the surrounding landscape.
