TOVKEEV Kalibek Duyshenalievich
Architect. Born in 1959 in the city of Talas, Kirghiz SSR.
In 1976, he graduated from the architectural and construction faculty of the Frunze Polytechnic Institute.
From 1967 to 1969, he worked as a laborer, and from 1969 to 1971, he served in the ranks of the Soviet Army.
Since 1976, he has worked in architectural positions in Dzhambul, Talas, and Frunze.
From 1979 to 1985, he was the chief architect of the city of Talas, and since 1985, he has been working in the central production group of the State Construction Committee of the Kirghiz SSR.
Member of the Union of Architects of the USSR since 1984.
