KENESHEV Topobai Seydakmetovich
Architect. Member of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union since 1978.
Born in 1950 in the village of Konorchok, Ak-Talinsky District, Naryn Region of the Kyrgyz SSR.
In 1976, he graduated from the architectural faculty of the Frunze Polytechnic Institute and in 1984 from the special faculty of the Moscow Architectural Institute.
From 1976 to 1986, he worked as the chief architect of the city of Gagarin, Smolensk Region, RSFSR.
Since 1986 — Deputy Chief Architect of GlavAPU in the city of Frunze.
Member of the Union of Architects of the USSR since 1982.
While working as the chief architect of the city, he directly supervised construction and organized the development of urban planning documents regulating the city's development and its center, striving to achieve the greatest aesthetic effect with minimal means of architectural expressiveness.
