PETRENKO Vladimir Alexandrovich
Architect. Member of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union since 1981. Born in 1949 in the village of Frunzenskoe, Frunzensky District, Osh Region, Kyrgyz SSR.
In 1971, he graduated from the architectural and construction faculty of the Frunze Polytechnic Institute.
Since 1971, he has worked in various positions at the Osh branch of the State Design Institute "Kyrgyzgiprostroy."
From 1979 to 1983, he was the chief architect of this branch.
Since 1984, he has been working as the head of the department for construction and architecture of the Osh City Executive Committee. He was awarded a diploma from the Union of Architects of the USSR.
Member of the Union of Architects of the USSR since 1975.
MAIN CONSTRUCTIONS
1972. 80-apartment residential building with a retail store on Lenin Street in the city of Osh (author of the layout);
1973. Cinema "Semetey" with halls for 200 and 400 seats in the city of Osh;
1974. Meeting hall for 700 seats at the House of Political Education in the city of Osh; Development of a microdistrict in the city of Tash-Kumyr;
1981. House for newcomers in the city of Osh (as part of a team);
1983. Osh market in the city of Frunze (as part of a team).
MAIN PROJECTS
1972. Quarter in the village of Kok-Yangak;
1974. Dormitory for 50 places in the city of Osh; Extension of the meeting hall to the Central Committee of the Communist Party in the village of Lenin-Dzhol; Microdistrict on Kyrgyzstan Street in the city of Osh.
COMPETITION WORKS
1977. Regional competition. Pavilion "Juices - waters, ice cream" (as part of a team, three 1st prizes);
1982. Regional competition. Monument to the soldiers who died in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 in the city of Osh (as part of a team, 2nd prize); Republican competition. Project for detailed planning of the central part of the city of Osh (as part of a team, 2nd prize).
