TAGIROV Yusuf Ibragimovich
Architect. Member of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union since 1972. Born in 1947 in the settlement of Kara-Kul, Bukhara region.
In 1970, he graduated from the architectural and construction faculty of the Frunze Polytechnic Institute. Being called up for active military service the same year, he voluntarily completed a number of small projects for landscaping, the reconstruction of a barracks into a club, and a monument to the fallen soldiers in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945.
Returning to civilian life in 1972, he worked in his specialty at the "FrunzeGorProject" institute until 1978, progressively climbing the career ladder to the position of chief project architect — head of the sector.
In 1978, he was recommended for a position at the Main Architectural and Planning Department as the deputy chief architect of the city of Frunze.
Member of the Union of Architects of the USSR since 1974.
His first independent work — the project of a town on Krasnodontsev Street (1973) — due to the variety of architectural tasks set within it, from the planning organization of its environment to the design of specific objects, served as a kind of design school and simultaneously as an exploration of architectural activity. During his practical work at the design institute, both as part of an authorship team and independently, he completed projects for the construction of various types of facilities, ranging from the development of a microdistrict and individual objects to a standard project and landscaping. At the same time, he successfully participated in various architectural competitions.

1976. Landscaping of the Central Department Store "Aichurek" (as part of a team);
1977. Architectural and artistic complex "Southern Gates" on Soviet Street in the city of Frunze (as part of a team);
1978. 9-story, 32-apartment residential building with the "Nur" bookstore on Karpiński Street (as part of a team);
1984. 128-apartment residential building with a trading house on Soviet Street (as part of a team);
1985. Residential building on Dzerzhinsky Boulevard and Toktogul Street with a consumer goods store (as part of a team — with participation).

1976. Standard project of a 48-apartment residential building with an integrated store; Morphological building of the medical institute on Soviet Street in the city of Frunze;
1977. Construction faculty of the Frunze Polytechnic Institute on the bank of the Ala-Archi River.
