KADYRBECOV Ishenbai Dyushenbievich
Architect. Member of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union since 1983. Honored Architect of the Kirghiz SSR. Candidate of Architecture.
Born in 1949 in the city of Naryn, Kirghiz SSR.
In 1971, he graduated from the Frunze Polytechnic Institute with a degree in architecture.
After completing his postgraduate studies (1976—1979), he worked as a senior lecturer and then as the dean of the architecture faculty at the Frunze Polytechnic Institute. He was one of the first representatives of the Kyrgyz people to receive a scientific degree of Candidate of Architecture.
Member of the Union of Architects of the USSR since 1978.
Since 1979, I. Kadyrbecov's creative and scientific activities have been associated with work at the "Kyrgyzgiprostroy" institute. In his early works on creating master plans for cities and developing detailed planning projects for residential areas and resort zones, he began to combine a realistic approach with a vision "far ahead." In his works, I. D. Kadyrbecov never separated theory from practical activity. During these years, he continued to engage in scientific work, resulting in publications—a series of scientific articles, the development of the methodology "Composition and Content of Project Planning Documentation," as well as the publication of his book "Development of Urban Planning in Kyrgyzstan."
In 1983, I. D. Kadyrbecov headed the creative team of the "Frunzegorproject" institute. Here, a new trait of his character emerged—the ability to organize. Possessing a gift for constructive thinking, a deep analytical mind, and a sense of reality, he made a significant contribution to the collective work of the institute.
I. Kadyrbecov actively participated in the development of the project for the central square named after V. I. Lenin in the city of Frunze and other projects, and was awarded a Certificate of Honor from the Supreme Council of the Kirghiz SSR.
As an architect, urban planner, scientist, educator, and first and foremost a citizen and patriot, he responds vividly to all phenomena of life, approaches the tasks set before him with deep responsibility, and actively participates in public life. In 1985, he was elected as a deputy of the city council of people's deputies.
