Architect. Member of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union since 1977. Honored Architect of the Kirghiz SSR (1985). Deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the Kirghiz SSR. Born in 1944 in the village of Nechaevka, Belgorod Oblast, RSFSR. In 1967, he graduated from the Kharkov Engineering and Construction Institute with a degree in architecture. From 1967 to 1972, he worked at the "Kyrgyzgiprostroy" institute. Following the allocation of the urban construction institute, he moved to the "FrunzeGorProject" institute, where he served as the chief architect of the institute. Member of the Union of Architects of the USSR since 1970. Beginning his creative journey in one of the workshops of the "Kyrgyzgiprostroy" institute, A. Nezhurin actively engaged in the design of objects in the city of Frunze and the cities of the republic. During this period, he designed the landscaping of a large square near the monument to V. I. Lenin and the "Ala-Too" cinema. His intense and multifaceted work on the implementation of the general plan and detailed planning project for the center of Frunze, as well as projects for the development of districts and nodes, individual buildings, and monumental structures helped to establish him as one of the leading specialists in modern architecture in Kyrgyzstan. A. Nezhurin invested a lot of energy into the creation of the Kyrgyz State Circus. This work received high praise. It was awarded a prize from the Council of Ministers of the USSR. In collaboration with renowned artists of Kyrgyzstan, he built a monument in honor of the 100th anniversary of Kyrgyzstan's voluntary entry into Russia, the Monument of Labor Glory, and the monument to V. I. Lenin at the VDNH of the Kirghiz SSR. The architect's creative potential and professional skill were particularly evident in the development of the Osh and Alamedin markets in the city of Frunze and the Central Square of the capital named after V. I. Lenin. These works are characterized by the complexity of plastic development of the theme and the search for national expressiveness. The diversity of professional interests and the multifaceted nature of his creative talent allow him to successfully participate in numerous competitions. Many competition projects completed under his guidance and with his direct participation have been awarded prizes. He has been awarded a Certificate of Honor and a Letter of Commendation from the Supreme Soviet of the Kirghiz SSR, medals from the VDNH of the USSR and the Union of Architects of the USSR, diplomas from the VDNH of the Kirghiz SSR and the Union of Architects of the USSR, and is a laureate of the All-Union Review of Works by Young Architects of the USSR (1971) and the All-Union Review-Competition for the Best Construction of the Year (1984).
