TUGOVA Tatyana Alexandrovna
Architect. Born in 1947 in the city of Frunze.
In 1970, she graduated from the architectural and construction faculty of the Frunze Polytechnic Institute. After completing her studies, she worked in the master plan workshop of the institute "Kyrgyzgiprostroy."
In 1977, she moved to the institute "TsNIIPEpVtseprom," where she works as the chief project architect in the rural settlement planning department. Awarded the bronze medal of the VDNH of the USSR (1981).
Member of the Union of Architects of the USSR since 1973.
T. Tugova works in the field of rural architecture. One of the problems of rural construction is the historically established system of scattered small settlements over large territories. Uniting them into larger villages is one of the most important tasks of our time.
The issue of consolidating rural settlements is relevant not only for Kyrgyzstan but for the entire Central Asian region. Considering that the institute "TsNIIPEpVtseprom," being a nationwide firm, serves not only Kyrgyzstan in rural construction design but also other areas of the country, T. A. Tugova still has much work to do for Turkmenistan.
She faced equally complex tasks in the master plan workshop at the GPI "Kyrgyzgiprostroy." With her direct authorship, general plans for the cities of Jalal-Abad, Przhevalsk, and the settlements of Kyzyl-Djar, Komsomol, Kant, Ala-Buka, and others were developed.

Project for the planning and development of the district center Leninpol in the Talas region;
1981. Project for the planning and development of the settlement Barskaun of the Barskoon state farm in the Jeti-Oguz region; Project for the planning and development of three settlements of the Soviet state farm in the Toktogul region.
For the Turkmen SSR
1978. Project for the planning and development of the settlement named after Zhdanov of the Zhdanov collective farm in the Sakhar-Chagin region;
1979. Project for the planning and development of the central settlement of the Zhdanov collective farm in the Turkmen-Kalin region;
1980. Project for the planning and development of the settlements of the collective farms named after Engels, Kirov, Lenin, "Communism" in the Takhta-Bazar region and others (as part of a team);
1982. Project for the planning and development of the settlements of the collective farms "Moscow," "Leninism," "Victory," named after Kalinin, "Lenin-Yely" in the Iolotan region (as part of a team);
1985. Settlement of the subsidiary farm of Glavkirgizvostroy.
