LEVITSKAYA Lilia Filippovna
Engineer in land management. Born in 1929 in the village of Muravyevo, Mezhovsky District, Gorky Region, RSFSR.
In 1953, she graduated from the land management faculty of the Odessa Agricultural Institute.
She began her professional career in 1953, working in engineering and architectural positions. Currently, she is a pensioner.
Member of the Union of Architects of the USSR since 1967.

1963. Project of detailed planning for priority construction in the city of Talas;
1964. Project of planning and construction for the district center of Pokrovka in the Jeti-Oguz District of the Issyk-Kul Region;
1965. Project for the construction of the 4th microdistrict of the southeastern residential area in the city of Frunze.

1960. Project of planning for the state farm "Alai" in the Osh Region; Project of detailed planning for the district center of Kochkorka;
1961. Project of detailed planning for the Institute of Agriculture of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz SSR;
1964. Project for the construction of a microdistrict on Lenin Street and Young Guard Boulevard in the city of Frunze;
1965. Project for the construction of the 5th microdistrict of the southeastern residential area in the city of Frunze.
