
DENISOVA Neonila Grigorievna
Civil engineer. Born in 1930 in the city of Zaporizhzhia, Ukrainian SSR.
From 1948 to 1951, she studied at the Kharkiv Engineering and Construction Technical School, where she received training as a technician-architect.
In 1956, she graduated from the Kharkiv Engineering and Construction Institute. From 1956 to 1976, she worked at the design institute "Kyrgyzgiprostroi" as the head of the architectural group.
In 1976, she moved to the State Construction Committee of the Kyrgyz SSR, where until 1985 she was the chief engineer of the urban planning and architecture department. She currently works in the expertise department of the State Construction Committee of the Kyrgyz SSR. She was awarded the medal "For Valorous Labor. In Commemoration of the 100th Anniversary of the Birth of V. I. Lenin".
Member of the Union of Architects of the USSR since 1975.
During her twenty years at Kyrgyzgiprostroi, N. G. Denisova dedicated all her efforts to the design and construction of the capital of Kyrgyzstan and many areas of the republic. A large number of buildings and structures were constructed according to her designs. These include residential buildings, schools, kindergartens, shops, post offices, etc. She participated in the development of the "Manas" airport complex, residential quarters in the city of Kara-Balta, in the town of Kaindy, in the town of Toktogul, and others. While serving as the chief engineer of the urban planning and architecture department at the State Construction Committee of the Kyrgyz SSR, she proved to be a skilled specialist. She was distinguished by her knowledge of the field, great diligence, a strong sense of responsibility and professional duty, persistence, and determination in her work, along with personal modesty. This earned her deep respect.
MAIN CONSTRUCTIONS
1960—1965. Pioneer camps "Kyrgyzglavenergo" and Kyrgyz Consumer Union in Chok-Tal on Lake Issyk-Kul (as part of a team);
1968. Extension to the special outpatient clinic on Logvinenko Street in the city of Frunze;
1970. Residential building with a cosmetic outpatient clinic on Belinsky Street in the city of Frunze (as part of a team);
1972. Outpatient clinic on Fuchik Street in the city of Frunze (as part of a team); Residential quarter 6—219 in the town of Kaindy (as part of a team);
1973. Residential quarter in the city of Kara-Balta (as part of a team); Pharmacy in the city of Talas (as part of a team);
1974. Microdistrict I in the town of Toktogul (as part of a team); Hospital in the village of Dzhan-Talap, Naryn region (as part of a team); 1975. "Manas" airport complex. General plan (as part of a team).
