IZAEVA Burulkan Zakirovna
Architect. Born in 1947 in the village of Rot-Front, Issyk-Ata District, Kyrgyz SSR.
In 1966, she graduated from the Frunze Construction Technical School, and in 1974 from the Architectural and Construction Faculty of the Frunze Polytechnic Institute.
From 1974 to 1983, she worked as an architect, senior architect, and group leader at the design institute "Kyrgyzgiprostroy".
Since 1983, B. Z. Izaeva has been a member of the artistic-expert board of the Ministry of Culture of the Kyrgyz SSR and serves as the deputy chairperson of the artistic council for monumental sculpture at the Ministry of Culture of the Kyrgyz SSR. As part of the board, she oversees and evaluates the ideological and artistic level of works of monumental and decorative art created in the territory of the Kyrgyz SSR.
Member of the Union of Architects of the USSR since 1982.

1976. Kindergarten-nursery for 280 places in the village of Ak-Bulak (author of the adaptation);
1978. Dormitory for 200 places for the Przhevalsky Pedagogical Institute (author of the adaptation);
1979. Dormitory for 600 places and a 50-apartment residential building in the city of Jalal-Abad (author of the adaptation); School for 1176 students (standard project, co-author);
1980. Residential buildings in the village of Manas (author of the adaptation);
1981. Residential buildings for the rehabilitation hospital in the village of Tash-Tyube (author of the adaptation);
1982. Dormitory for 200 places and a 50-apartment residential building in the town of Kochkor-Ata (author of the adaptation);
1983. Dormitory for 400 places and a 48-apartment residential building in the city of Tash-Kumyr (author of the adaptation).
