GOLUBEV Vladimir Andreevich
Applied artist.
Member of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union since 1953.
Born in 1925 in the city of Kuvshinovo, Kalinin region of the RSFSR.
Lived in Leningrad until 1955.
In 1955, graduated from the Leningrad Higher Artistic and Industrial School named after V. I. Mukhina, specializing in decorative applied arts with a focus on wood processing.
From 1955 to 1959, worked as an architect-engineer in the city of Angarsk.
From 1960 to 1962, served as the chief architect for the protection of cultural and architectural monuments at the State Construction Committee of the Kyrgyz SSR.
From 1962 to 1986, worked as a senior lecturer at the Frunze Polytechnic Institute in the Department of Architecture.
In 1986, retired, and since that year has worked as a master of vocational training at a vocational school, preparing masters of artistic wood carving for the "Kiyal" association.
Participant in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945. Awarded the Order of the Patriotic War II degree (1945), Order of the Patriotic War I degree (1985), Honorary Certificate from the Ministry of National Education of the Kyrgyz SSR and the Republican Committee of the Trade Union of Education Workers, Higher Education, and Scientific Institutions.
Member of the Union of Architects of the USSR since 1962.
