Russian. Born in the stanitsa of Gulkievichi, Krasnodar Krai, RSFSR.
Graduated from the Starooskolsky Geological Exploration Technical School (1955), Novocherkassk Polytechnic Institute (1963).
Worked as a senior technician-geologist, hydrogeologist, head of a team, chief geologist of a hydrogeological party in the Kyrgyz Comprehensive Hydrogeological Expedition, associate professor, head of the department at FPI, KGMI, professor at KGMI, and since 1995 - chief researcher at IVPiGE of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Specialist in the field of search and exploration of underground waters, assessment of the conditions for the formation of thermomineral waters in mountainous regions, hydrogeochemistry, and water resource protection.
Awarded a Certificate of Honor from the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the Kyrgyz SSR (1982).
Published more than 80 scientific works, including 4 monographs.
Under his supervision, 2 candidate dissertations have been defended.
