Graduated from TASHIIT (1955), postgraduate studies at Bauman Moscow State Technical University (Moscow, 1963).
Worked as a master, head of the technical bureau, head of the tool shop at machine engineering plants in Almaty and Frunze, currently - professor at the I. Razakov Kyrgyz Technical University. Specialist in the field of machine engineering technology, metal cutting processing and cutting tools, research and modeling of complex technological systems.
Awarded medals of the USSR.
Honored Worker of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic (1999).
Published more than 160 scientific works, including 6 monographs, 1 invention.
Under his supervision, 5 candidate dissertations have been defended.
