Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Corresponding Member of the Engineering Academy of the Kyrgyz Republic, Honored Worker of Public Education of the USSR.

Born in 1932. In 1965, he graduated from the Moscow Higher Technical School named after N.E. Bauman.

He developed a general theory of the hole machining process with multi-blade tools, recognized in broad scientific circles, implemented in the educational process and production. He also developed the "General Machine Engineering Standards for Cutting Modes in Reaming and Enlarging Holes," used in practically all machine engineering plants of the former USSR. He is a widely recognized specialist in metal cutting.

Awarded the medal "For Valorous Labor. In Commemoration of the 100th Anniversary of V.I. Lenin," "Veteran of Labor," and badges from the Ministry of Higher Education of the USSR "For Excellent Achievements in Work" and "For Successes in Scientific Research." Honored Worker of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic.

He organized and headed the Department of "Cutting Tools" for 12 years.

Under his scientific supervision, 5 dissertations have been completed.

Published more than 140 scientific works, including 6 monographs; author of 1 invention.
