Tentiev Jumabek

Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, Full Member of the Engineering Academy of the Kyrgyz Republic, Honored Worker of Science of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Born in 1948. In 1971, he graduated from the Leningrad Institute of Civil Engineering.

The first rector of the Kyrgyz State University of Construction, Transport and Architecture (1992-2005).

Currently serves as Vice President for Science at the International University of Kyrgyzstan. President of the "Knowledge" Society of the Kyrgyz Republic.

His fundamental scientific works are dedicated to the study of the stress-strain state and stability of structural elements made of composite materials under creep conditions. The results of his research allow solving complex creep problems for thin-walled structures - plates and shells. He has developed a structural model of new composite multi-component plates based on lignocellulosic waste with the development of scientific foundations for their manufacturing technology. Technical conditions have been developed, and data obtained for the design and calculation of enclosing structures made of multi-component composite material reinforced with fibers of cotton, tobacco, and wood chips for agricultural, residential, and public buildings in various regions of the Kyrgyz Republic.

He has been awarded the Honorary Certificate of the Ministry of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic, an Honorary Certificate from the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic, and the "Excellence in Public Education of the Kyrgyz Republic" badge.
He has published more than 120 scientific works, including 3 monographs, 3 textbooks for higher education institutions, and is the author of 12 inventions.

2. Seismic isolating support. Preliminary patent of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 198, 1998.
3. Device for connecting panels of a prefabricated building. Preliminary patent of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 248, 1998.
4. Raw mixture for the production of construction products. Patent under the responsibility of the applicant of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 707, 2004.
5. Device for thermal insulation of a pipeline. Patent under the responsibility of the applicant of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 716, 2001.
