Manzhosov Vladimir Kuzmich
Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Honored Scientist of the Kyrgyz Republic, full member of the International Engineering Academy and the Engineering Academy of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Born in 1943. In 1966, he graduated from the Frunze Polytechnic Institute as a teacher at the Frunze Polytechnic Institute, head of the drilling machines laboratory at the Institute of Automation of the Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz SSR, head of the Department of Theoretical Mechanics at the Frunze Polytechnic Institute, vice-rector for research at the Kyrgyz State University, and director of the Institute of Machine Engineering of the Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic.
His research direction and the scientific school he established in the field of mechanical engineering are related to the development of the theory and principles of constructing impact machines based on articulated-lever, cam, electromagnetic, and electrodynamic motion converters, rotary impact machines, rotary and impact vibration exciters of impulse loads,
For his participation in the scientific experiment "Luna-24," he was awarded the medal "For Labor Valor."
He has published over 280 works, including 11 monographs, 7 brochures, and is the author of 71 inventions.
