Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Kairma, Alamudun District, Chui Region.
Graduated from Tashkent Medical Institute (1939). Worked as head of the Tian Shan Regional Health Department, rector of KGMI, Minister of Health, head of the department at KGMI.
Specialist in the field of social hygiene and health organization. Awarded the Orders of the Red Banner of Labor (2), the Badge of Honor, the Patriotic War, and medals of the USSR.
Published more than 110 scientific works, including 4 monographs. Under his supervision, 5 doctoral and 25 candidate dissertations were defended.
