Grebennyuk Raisa Vasilyevna (1913-1987)

Grebenyuk Raisa Vasilevna (1913-1987), Doctor of Biological Sciences (1965), Professor (1966).
Ukrainian. Born in the Poltava region of the Ukrainian SSR. Graduated from Kharkov Veterinary Institute (1938). Worked as an assistant, head of the department at KhVI, head of the laboratory at KirFAN of the USSR, head of the laboratory at the Institute of Biology of the Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz SSR.
Specialist in the field of parasitology. Awarded medals of the USSR, Certificates of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Kirghiz SSR. Published more than 130 scientific works, including 5 monographs. Under her supervision, 7 candidate dissertations were defended.
