Graduated from the Moscow State Technical University named after N.E. Bauman (1984), postgraduate studies (1989).

Worked as a leading software designer, chief engineer-designer at "Usta" of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, head of the department at the Ministry of Economy and Finance, head of the department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, inspector at the German Society for Technical Cooperation.

Published more than 40 scientific works, including a monograph, 4 author certificates, and 2 patents.
