Kulov Kubanychbek Mukambetovich

Candidate of Technical Sciences. Born in 1951. In 1973, he graduated from the Kyrgyz Agricultural Institute with a degree in hydraulic engineering.

Currently, he is the director of the Kyrgyz Scientific Research Institute of Irrigation. Coordinator of Kyrgyzstan for the implementation of the UN Convention to Combat Desertification and Drought, member of the Interstate Commission for Sustainable Development, member of the Investment Council of the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources.

He has researched and implemented drip irrigation technology, developed methodological recommendations, technological parameters, designs, and systems applicable to the conditions of Kyrgyzstan, and conducted research on the treatment and use of wastewater.

He was awarded a Certificate of Honor from the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources of the Kyrgyz Republic.

He has published 22 scientific articles, brochures, and is the author of 12 inventions.
