Ryzhkov Vladimir Nikolaevich
Born in 1954. Graduated from the Frunze Polytechnic College with a degree in hydraulic engineering.
Currently works as the technical director of LLP NVP "Asia Engineering" in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
Awarded a second-degree diploma from the VDNH of the Kyrgyz Republic for active participation in the setup of automation equipment at the drilling factory.
