Vladimir Nikolayevich Shepilov
Born in 1951. Graduated from the Frunze Polytechnic Institute with a degree in "Electric Drive and Automation of Industrial Enterprises and Installations".
Currently serves as the General Director of the Kyrgyz-Russian Joint Venture "Electroporcelain".
Specialist in the field of industrial electronics and ceramics.
By the decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 182 dated April 18, 2007, he was awarded the honorary title of "Honored Inventor of the Kyrgyz Republic".
Published 5 scientific papers. He is the author of 27 inventions, all of which have been implemented in production.
