Candidate of Medical Sciences. Born in 1971. Graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of the Kyrgyz State Medical Institute, completed a residency in "Ophthalmology" at the Department of Eye Diseases of KSMI.

Defended a candidate dissertation on the topic "Semi-circular keratoplasty in involutional maculodystrophy"

Works as an ophthalmologist in the Eye Microsurgery Department No. 1 of the National Hospital under the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic;

Has 29 published scientific works, 11 patents for inventions, and 1 patent of the Kyrgyz Republic for a utility model.
