The head of state recommended that the parliamentary faction of the Social Democratic Party of the Kyrgyz Republic and other factions of the Jogorku Kenesh, during the formation of the coalition of the parliamentary majority and the conclusion of the coalition agreement, take into account that the main task of all branches of government is the unconditional implementation of the National Strategy for Sustainable Development of the republic for the period 2013-2017 and ensuring further continuity of state policy aimed at positive transformations in the country. This was reported by the Information Policy Department of the Office of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
At the same time, special attention was instructed to be paid to issues of achieving real financial and economic independence for Kyrgyzstan, increasing the well-being of citizens, strengthening statehood, overcoming negative phenomena in public administration, forming an effective system of interaction among branches of government that excludes interference in the powers of other state bodies and opposition between the legislative, executive, and judicial branches, actively conducting judicial reform, as well as intensifying the fight against terrorism and extremism.
To achieve the aforementioned tasks, in the opinion of the Head of State, effective and coordinated interaction between the coalition of the parliamentary majority and the Government formed by it is necessary, excluding the introduction of uncoordinated changes by the coalition to government bills, as well as the adoption of laws initiated by deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh regarding taxes and fees, as well as other laws that imply additional expenses from the state budget or an increase in expenses covered by the state budget without coordination with the Government.
