President of the Kyrgyz Republic Almazbek Atambayev accepted Letters of Credence


Today, March 11, 2015, President of the Kyrgyz Republic Almazbek Atambayev accepted Letters of Credence from the Ambassadors of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Kingdom of Denmark, the Republic of Cyprus, the State of Brunei, the State of Fiji, the Sultanate of Oman, the Republic of Indonesia, the Czech Republic, and the Argentine Republic.
The head of state congratulated the heads of diplomatic missions on the official start of their activities in Kyrgyzstan as Ambassadors of their countries, noting that Kyrgyzstan is interested in further activating mutually beneficial cooperation, primarily in trade, economic, and investment spheres. “Giving great importance to mutually beneficial cooperation with each of your countries, I would like to ask you to pay special attention to the activation of trade and economic ties. Our country has sufficient opportunities and conditions for attracting foreign investors and implementing joint projects,” noted President Almazbek Atambayev.
Addressing the heads of diplomatic missions, President Almazbek Atambayev emphasized that favorable conditions have been created in Kyrgyzstan for attracting foreign investments. “Today, one can invest in Kyrgyzstan without fear, because the most difficult, let’s say, turbulent times are already behind us,” said President Almazbek Atambayev. “But thanks to the wisdom of our people, we were able to get through these very difficult times. And I am absolutely convinced that from now on, Kyrgyzstan has found its true path. We are on the path of democracy, transparency in work, and fighting corruption, and we are absolutely convinced of the rule of law.”
“You can assure your investors that investing in Kyrgyzstan will be absolutely reliable from now on. And for this, we not only have natural conditions but also the corresponding economic conditions have been created, and laws supporting investors have been adopted,” noted President Almazbek Atambayev.
During the ceremony, President Almazbek Atambayev, noting the significance of the responsible mission of the Ambassadors in developing and strengthening bilateral cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and the countries they represent, wished the diplomats fruitful and effective work. “I sincerely hope that during your responsible mission you will get to know and love our country better, and this will undoubtedly contribute to the development of bilateral relations,” emphasized the head of state.
President Almazbek Atambayev assured the heads of diplomatic missions that in their activities they will receive all possible support and assistance from the Office of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic.
