Tamabaeva Bibigul Suleevna
Candidate of Technical Sciences, Professor. Born in 1947. Graduated from the Frunze Polytechnic Institute.
Currently works at the Department of Food Production Technology at the Kyrgyz State Technical University, as a professor.
Her scientific activity is related to the improvement of meat product technologies and the development of new types of meat products. In recent years, her research has focused on the development of functional food products, particularly the technologies for producing meat and meat products from yak meat, as well as from lamb, taking into account the characteristics of the composition and properties of the raw materials.
She has published more than 160 scientific and methodological works, including 1 monograph, 4 textbooks, and is the author of 6 inventions. Under her supervision, 2 candidate dissertations have been defended.

1. Method for dyeing boiled sausages. Patent under the responsibility of the applicant of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 50, 1995.
2. Method for producing boiled sausages. Patent under the responsibility of the applicant of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 253, 1998.
3. Method for producing baked meat products from lamb. Patent under the responsibility of the applicant of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 364, 1999.
4. Composition for preparing meat pâté. Patent under the responsibility of the applicant of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 662, 2004.
5. Composition for preparing meat bread. Patent under the responsibility of the applicant of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 870, 2006.
