bell pepper 30 g
fresh tomatoes 20 g
tomato paste 10 g
eggplant 30 g
pattypan squash 50 g
salt, pepper to taste.

The lamb is stuffed with marinated tail fat, garlic, and jussai. The stuffed piece is seared on all sides and finished in the oven. The lamb is served with vegetables cut into strips and sautéed in tail fat. The dish is garnished with pattypan squash and herbs.
