Zhansak - a sweet treat for tea

Zhansak
Any feast for Kyrgyz people begins and ends with tea, and it is customary to serve sweets with tea. In Kyrgyzstan, it is common to make sweets from the gifts of nature: nuts, fruits, berries, and fragrant mountain honey – for example, zhansak.
This sweet is a type of candy. But unlike modern candies, they contain not a gram of chemicals.
Ingredients:
400 — 500 g of clarified butter,
600 — 800 g of walnuts,
600 — 800 g of honey.
Peel and crush the nuts. Heat the clarified butter and pour it into a shallow bowl. Add the crushed nuts to the hot butter and mix. Let it cool slightly, then add the honey to the butter and mix again. It can be eaten as is or poured into molds and dried in the shade. Sweet candies will result.
Zhansak is recommended as a potent remedy for body exhaustion, restoring strength with 1 tablespoon 3 — 4 times a day on an empty stomach.
