Ash-airan


This dish is known in folk medicine as a dietary option. It is suitable for those who are on a diet. It is very healthy and low-calorie.

Ingredients:

Whole milk - 3 liters
Talcan (homemade flour) - 50 g.
Water - 400 g.
Ayran (sour milk) - 50-60 g.
Salt to taste

Pour water into an enameled pot. In the water that is starting to boil, gradually add the talcan while constantly stirring to prevent lumps from forming, and add salt.

After 15-20 minutes, remove from heat, let it cool slightly, stirring occasionally.

Pour in the milk, boil for a while, then remove from heat.

Then add the ayran for fermentation, place it in a warm place or wrap it in a blanket.

After 5-6 hours, pour the finished ash-airan into bowls.
