According to the information, the traffic accident took place on October 20 at around 18:40 near the Asia Mall shopping center. The driver of a GMC ACADIA hit a three-year-old boy, born in 2020.
Unfortunately, the child succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 312, Part 3 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning violations of traffic safety rules that led to serious consequences. The driver, born in 1986, was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
Investigative actions are ongoing.
