Dancers from Kyrgyzstan won at the international tournament held in Dubai (UAE).

On December 10, 2017, the annual international tournament for sports ballroom dancing "WDSF International Open taken place in Dubai-2017" was held in the United Arab Emirates.
Athletes from Italy, Germany, Finland, Poland, Sweden, Russia, and many other European and Asian countries participated in the tournament, with 50 couples from 15 countries.
The dancers from the Dance Sport Federation of the Kyrgyz Republic showed remarkable results at this tournament.
In the Adult Latin category (Open class) of the WDSF International Open taken place in Dubai, the adult dance couple Artem Semerenko and Valeria Kachalco took first place and won the gold medal.
