Kyrgyzstan's Nurzat Nurtayeva reached the finals of the World Wrestling Championship (U-23)

Nurzat Nurtayeva, a representative of Kyrgyzstan, has made it to the finals of the youth world wrestling championship currently taking place in Novi Sad, Serbia. This was reported by the official UWW website.

In the weight category up to 72 kilograms, Nurzat achieved victories over athletes from Germany, Russia, and Japan.

Today she will face American Jasmine Dolores Robinson in the decisive match.

It is also worth noting that Kairykul Sharshybaeva, another wrestler from Kyrgyzstan, will compete for the bronze medal in the consolation tournament against an athlete from Ukraine.
