According to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the plot was discovered during an investigation into a criminal case related to the legalization of criminal proceeds. The land has now been returned to state ownership.
Law enforcement agencies established that this land parcel, obtained through criminal means, was used to conceal and legalize assets acquired illegally.
The investigation is ongoing. A check is being conducted to determine the possible involvement of other individuals in illegal activities, and additional facts of theft and legalization of property are being uncovered.
