The incident occurred on September 14 at around 18:00 in the area of the third pond, where a report of a mass brawl was received. An investigative operational group promptly arrived at the scene.
Upon arrival, police officers found that a 39-year-old man named T.K. had sustained serious bodily injuries. The victim stated that he was attacked by unknown individuals.
Criminal proceedings have been initiated regarding this incident under Article 130 "Causing Serious Bodily Harm" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. As a result of operational investigative measures, the suspects were identified: A.B., born in 1987, and T.V., born in 1988.
The suspects were detained and taken to a temporary detention facility. The district court has chosen a preventive measure in the form of arrest for them.
