It has been reported that in October 1965, the decision of the Executive Committee of the Jumgal District Council of Workers' Deputies temporarily allocated this plot, which belonged to the state forest fund of the Jumgal district in the Naryn region, to the Min-Kush plant "Orgtekhnika" for the construction of a tourist base with the condition of returning it to the state after the construction was completed.

During the Soviet era, a boarding house was built on this site for the employees of OJSC "Orgtekhnika," which included cottages and recreation houses. However, after the collapse of the USSR, the infrastructure was destroyed, and its materials were dismantled and sold.

The Min-Kush plant "Orgtekhnika" was established in 1970-1971 and became a leading enterprise in the Naryn region, specializing in the production of consumer goods such as ballpoint pens and markers.

In 1994, the plant entered the "PESAC" program aimed at reforming and privatizing state enterprises, and in 1995 it was transformed into an OJSC, with K.T.M., a native of the village of Chayek in the Jumgal district, becoming its director.

Despite the fact that the plot was under temporary use, in 2008, the property registration authorities, without the necessary documents, transferred it to OJSC "Orgtekhnika" and issued a certificate of private ownership.

Now the land plot of the "Marinka" boarding house has been transferred to the balance of the Min-Kush ayil aimak of the Jumgal district according to the acceptance-transfer act.
