During investigative actions related to the case of legalizing criminal proceeds, a scheme for the illegal re-registration of a land plot in Osh, with an area of 1.8 hectares, was uncovered.
“During operational activities, a person was detained who was registered as the owner of this plot. It has been established that this land parcel was used to legalize property acquired illegally. The investigation is ongoing. The plot, with a preliminary value of 43 million 750 thousand soms, has been returned to the state. An examination is being conducted to determine the possible involvement of other individuals in these illegal actions, as well as to establish additional facts of theft and property legalization,” the official statement reads.
