The investigation established that K.Z.A., who works at the Faculty of Education of Jalal-Abad State University, used his official position to deceive applicants. He promised to enroll students in part-time education, guarantee successful exam passing, and issue state diplomas. For his promises, he regularly received money from victims under the pretext of paying for education and "closing" semesters.
During the investigation, more than 50 cases of fraud committed over the past five years were identified. The GKNB does not rule out the possibility of the detainee's involvement in other similar crimes.
