The investigation established that in 1998 this plot of land was unlawfully transferred into private ownership. Subsequently, buildings with commercial purposes were constructed on this territory.
The GKNB noted that in accordance with paragraph 6 of Article 43 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Education" dated December 16, 1992, No. 1074, buildings and land plots, as well as the material and technical base of state educational institutions, cannot be subject to privatization.
After the GKNB intervened in the situation, the owner of the plot agreed to return it to the State Agency for Management of State Property.
