This initiative was proposed by the rector of OshSU, Kudaiberdy Kozhobekov, on October 22 during the Eurasian Industry Forum taking place at the university, and it received support from the participants of the event.
The main goal of the new association will be to develop applied science and implement advanced global scientific experience. It will include higher educational institutions, research institutes, and entrepreneurs interested in innovation and technological progress.
This initiative is put forward within the framework of the strategic program for the long-term scientific and technological development of the EAEU, which was approved by the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission on September 12, 2025. The project aims to coordinate the efforts of the participating countries to conduct joint scientific research, develop innovative projects, accelerate technological progress, and enhance the competitiveness of scientific potential.
This initiative aligns with the activities of the "Eurasian Economic Path — 2045" program and is aimed at improving the image of the EAEU, as well as promoting the ideas of Eurasian economic integration.
