An agreement has been reached on the mutual issuance of multiple-entry visas for up to 5 years for citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic and the USA traveling for business and tourism purposes. This was reported by the press service of the government of the Kyrgyz Republic on Friday.
“On March 20, 2015, the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic, Joomart Otorbaev, signed a resolution ‘On the specifics of issuing multiple-entry visas of the Kyrgyz Republic for up to 5 years to citizens of the United States of America,’” the statement says.
This decision is aimed at creating favorable conditions for the travel of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic to the United States of America for business and tourism purposes. A similar decision has been made by the USA regarding citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic traveling to the USA for business and tourism purposes.
In the near future, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, in coordination with the American side, will determine the date from which the parties will begin to apply this agreement on the mutual issuance of multiple-entry visas for up to 5 years for citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic and the USA traveling for business and tourism purposes.
It should be noted that according to the resolution, citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic traveling for business and tourism purposes can obtain a multiple-entry visa to the USA for up to 5 years with a single application.
