According to information provided by the city hall, this work is being conducted as part of a program aimed at the development and modernization of preschool educational institutions.
The building, which is a two-story structure with a total area of 1,800 square meters, occupies a plot of land measuring 0.6 hectares.
The first floor will include play and sleeping rooms for four groups, as well as a cafeteria, laundry, ironing room, restrooms, staff room, medical point, kitchen, and technical rooms. The second floor is designated for another four groups with play and sleeping rooms, a director's office, and halls for music and gymnastics classes.
Currently, the demolition, internal electrical installation, and sewage work have been completed. Interior finishing work is ongoing, the facade is already ready, fences have been installed, and landscaping of the adjacent territory is also actively underway.
The contractor for this project is OsOO "Rim i Ko."
