According to information provided by the press service of the city administration, the building will have a total area of 2563 square meters, and the land plot covers 0.342 hectares. The project includes a five-story building with a basement, which will house classrooms, an astronomical observatory, a museum, a conference hall, dance and assembly halls, a library, a gym, as well as many other spaces for the education and creative activities of young technicians.
The adjacent territory also plans to create a sports workout area, a covered canopy for school events, a zone for launching model cars, a karting track, and other places for practical activities.
Currently, the installation of the second-floor ceiling has been completed, and work continues on laying engineering networks and erecting columns.
The customer for this project is the Capital Construction Department, and the contractor is the company "Essir Company".
