The new facility, located in the city center, was built in accordance with modern architectural requirements. Its area is 919 square meters, and the building has three floors, fully equipped with all necessary engineering systems.
Construction work began in the second quarter of 2025 and was completed in the fourth. The total cost of the project amounted to 55.25 million soms, which were allocated from the own funds of the National Electric Network of Kyrgyzstan.

Modern technologies and materials that contribute to energy conservation were used during the finishing process.
During the opening, it was emphasized that ensuring reliable electricity supply to the region remains a top priority, even despite the low water levels in the reservoirs.
It was also reported that similar buildings are planned for construction for electric networks in the At-Bashy and Jumgal districts. In 2025, the construction of eight energy facilities is planned in the Naryn region, including a concrete products manufacturing plant, a repair workshop, and two substations of 110/35/10 kV.
