The capsule for the foundation of the new building was laid by Kamchybek Tashiev, the head of the State Committee for National Security, during his working visit to the region.
The future building will consist of three floors and will provide modern conditions for leisure and recreation for local residents. The estimated cost of the project is 150 million soms, and funding will be provided from the president's stabilization fund.
The new cultural center is planned to house a library, a cinema hall, and a culture department. A children's playground will also be organized for the village residents.
