The Deputy Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic and head of the State National Security Committee, Kamchybek Tashiev, emphasized the importance of quality service for the population in the energy sector during the opening ceremony of the RES in Naryn. He noted that this is one of the key tasks of the state.
According to Tashiev, President Sadyr Japarov has outlined priority tasks for all state structures, among which is ensuring high-quality service for citizens. The energy sector is in the spotlight.
The head of the State National Security Committee emphasized that in recent years, the country's energy infrastructure has faced serious problems, including outdated buildings and power grids that have become unusable due to a lack of modernization.
“In the last 2-4 years, we have been actively working on the repair and restoration of the energy infrastructure. We are at a stage where it is necessary to ensure the sustainable development of the industry. Despite the decrease in water levels in reservoirs this year, power outages in winter are unacceptable. We must prevent any inconveniences for citizens,” Tashiev added.
