During the ceremony dedicated to the laying of the foundation, the Minister of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, Erkin Checheybaev, the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Naryn region, Nurbek Satarov, the Mayor of Naryn, Zhaynak Nemat uulu, the Executive Director of the public association "Center As-Safa," Ibrahim Malsagov, and the Akim of the Naryn district, Nuridin Madimarov, were present.

The Minister of Health, Erkin Checheybaev, in his speech emphasized the importance of developing primary healthcare as one of the key areas of state policy in the healthcare sector. He noted: "The opening of a new family medicine center in Naryn will be an important step in improving the region's infrastructure and increasing the accessibility of medical services for the population. We express our gratitude to all partners and charitable organizations for their assistance in implementing initiatives to improve conditions for doctors and patients."

The existing family medicine center, built in 1968, has provided medical services to the residents of the city and district for many years. However, the current conditions have become inadequate and do not meet modern standards of quality in primary healthcare.

In this regard, the Ministry of Health and the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Naryn region held negotiations with the charitable foundation "Center As-Safa," which led to the signing of an agreement for the construction of a new modern medical complex.
