Daniyar Amangeldiev emphasized that in 2025, updated laws on "Investments" and "Public-Private Partnership" came into effect. These changes provide transparent conditions and equal guarantees for all investors.

According to him, as of today, the PPP center's portfolio includes more than 90 projects, with a total value exceeding 434 billion soms. Over the past year, more than 10 agreements were signed, attracting investments totaling over 3 billion dollars.
The official also noted that domestic financial institutions are actively participating in the implementation of projects and called on regions to more actively initiate new initiatives.
“Cooperation between the state, business, and international institutions will be a key factor for the sustainable development of our country,” he added.
