Amangeldiev emphasized that starting from 2025, updated versions of the laws "On Investments" and "On Public-Private Partnerships" will come into effect, creating more transparent conditions for investors and businesses.
"The training center will provide students with the opportunity to master modern technologies in the field of renewable energy, and the business school will become a platform for training a new generation of managers and entrepreneurs," he added.
According to Amangeldiev, the government will continue to support initiatives aimed at developing human capital and improving the quality of education in Kyrgyzstan.
